Cautivo The Cautivo label features two varieties, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvingon. Cautivo Malbec is 90% Malbec from Mendoza and 10% Malbec from Salta. The eye is an intense violet-shaded red. The taste is well-structured, full bodied, leaving airs of good tannic maturity from aging in French oak wooden casks. Alcohol 12.9%. Cautivo Cabernet Sauvingon is 70% Cabernet Sauvingon from Mendoza, 20% Cabernet Sauvingon and 10% Merlot from Salta. The color is ruby red with violet tones. The nose is green pepper, black olives and red fruits with a touch of chocolate and vanilla from its carefule aging in wooden casks. Alcohol 13.1%.
